  The shadow of hat is a bit low on face, try to add a little gloss on  the
     convex  parts( as on the beak of tux ).
  I like the concept.

he has a pink gloves, but i know it looks weird i will try to do something with his hands.

you think to add gloss on hat or jacket or where?
i will repair the shadow.

     I meant to make it contrast and with a crystal look.

note that with gloss on eyes, no need of hat shadow on face,just keep it above eye level.
