I understand what you mean, but it's usually called the spear head. The pike is a whole other weapon, read more about it on Wikipedia.

Yeah, that is what i meant, and i also think that the edges are to roundy, i would make them more rect.

And maybe more shadows and less crystal

Totally agree with Dodokiller, i think the form of the spear may be more complex, with many little edges ( like a flint )
