For point 1: The effect is exactly the same as you said. I made made the part of the eye inside the lens a bit bigger and not the whole eye. (the left eye is a bit bigger than the right eye. but that is a part of the basic design)

For point 2: Point noted.  

very nice nagaya. the lens is very good.
i think you should lessen the light effect on the upper left part of the shirt. because the spotlight is from the upper right.

This one is according to your suggestions. Lowered the glow on the upper left.

Actually I submitted the TUX before getting the suggestion, and it got improved before I could update it. I would never miss a suggestion from you.  

Just got back home and edited the TUX.
