A few days ago had a bit of time on my hands so started to play with Photoshop again(i'm a Network Admin so Photoshop is not included in the day-to-day work) .
 
Here is my first Tux: AmeriTux Soldier or American Soldier

Nice, but you could make a lot of improvements.  
 
First, the gun looks like it's made of paper. You need to crystalize it.
 
Second, the shirt's sleeves are missing. Where are the arms coming out of?
 
Third, the shadow at the bottom is cut-off.
 
Finally, nothing in the tux really proves he's an American soldier. He could be a British, Russian, or even Australian soldier.
