The header bar is definitely looking interesting at the moment. Your icon looks pretty much like the ones made by .Ghost.? Or at least they have a great resemblance. Good luck with your website.

Yes ghost was my inspiration for that icon.

I'm still not sure about keeping the dock, I might change it to something else.

oh ! I have an idea about that. I'll try some java scripting.

It would be cool if it was, but it just seems kinda out of place to me.

By the way, I think the site would look better if the shadow would be everywhere (instead of only bottom/right)

Yeah, I've been having problems with the RSS icon.

And if you are talking about the shadow of the background, I will move it to everywhere.

EDIT: Fixed some things:

looking nice , how about using a white background instead of gray?it would also improve the look if you use a sharp separator a better header can also be used

Okay, I'll experiment. I haven't had that much time, nor have that much time to continue it, or learn the flash that I want to use for that matter also.

The dock didn't fit methinks because docks are usually at the bottom, so maybe it looks odd halfway up

And the RSS icon is very dim, needs to be lighter. Divider needs to be sharper, or: +1 Asher

And grey is a dark colour for the page... either lighter, or even darker with a lighter background and lighter header and nav bar.

Is the RSS icon acting as a background for the "Latest projects"? If so maybe you could quickly add some random text so we can see what it will look like.

Sure I'll add text (never thought of that). I was planning on doing something with flash in the preview area but it isn't working out.

Why not just use some javascript?
