That is clearly not the same theme he's looking for.
I know the theme, but I just can't remember the name.

It's hard to see, but there are some clear differences, such as the colour

I just asked a friend of mine, and it turns out this theme is created by http://-kol.deviantart.com/ (don't jump of the chair yet, the bad news is coming..)

However, when this theme was released it looked so much like the first versions of Vista that Microsoft requested -kol to remove the VS. So, its not available for the general public anymore..

Anyway, your best bet would be to use a Royale or ZUNE theme. (search deviantART)
