I have a very simple question and hopefully I will get a clear answer. What exactly are these programs? Are they[u] visual styles[/u], or are they packs which are more complex and change system files? Is Top Theme free? Finally, since you have to download Top Theme first does that alter or change system files like a bricopack would. You are not providing enough information, and because of that I'm sure many people are hesitant. I only deal with visual styles, packs don't work well with my system. Please be more specific or if anyone here who has experience with this software could provide their input it would be greatly appreciated!
