i cant figure out how to put these themes on my computer im a bit new to this site al i have downloaded so far is the vista inspirat brico pack ultmate so can someone tell me how to do it greatly appreciated

With a Bricopack, an installer is included. Running this installer should normally do the job for you? It's best to install in Safe Mode by the way.
