1 - Installer Rainmeter contained in the file (except if you have it already);
2 - To copy the dirertory "leopardock" in the directory "skins" of Rainmeter
3 - Run Rainmeter (if it is already runnning, choose "refresh all"
4 - Launch the config leopardock.ini

If it is that what you don't understand, I will explain you:
After downloaded the file, extract tabbed-leopard-dock-for-rainmeter-crystalxp.net-en-11218.zip.
Then, extract the two others zip: BDock.zip and HDock.zip
You choose if you want the dock on the top or on the bottom (B for bottom and H for top )
And in this directory, you will have the Rainmeter installer. Run it if it is not installed yet.
Copy the directoy in the Skins directory in C:\Program Files\Rainmeter
Run Rainmeter.
Choose leopard.ini in the configuration.
