I believe that's only a photoshop drawing of someone's idea msn. If not, it's msn 9.

Ive never seen that before :redface: Nice skin.

 

You have to re-install it, because skins are resources in MSN (replaces original files)

i have never seen that skin... but here is some ware you can get skins like that

first download messenger plus than use the skin its simple
