no need for windows blinds. its just a modified theme of the vistainspirate2. you can use it rightaway.

I was just wondering because I have windows 2000 so I can't install bricopacks. And it looks very nice with your desktop. I personally prefer transparency but this also looks very nice.

My computer would be too slow if I upgraded to xp so I just want to get a new computer(maybe vista).
