I was searching the web for Windows Xp skins and landed here.

I have used Stardock's WindowBlinds and am very unhappy with it. Currently uninstalled, it is very buggy. Too bad I paid money for it.

Is this a community to share skins that run on a proprietary program? Is CrystalXP a skinning program?

Can't skins be added to Windows XP without a 3rd party program?

CrystalXP is not a skinning program, it is the name of this website. Here we share things such as Windows themes, wallpapers, and icons, and other things.

Skins can be added to XP without a skinning software, but you will need a program to patch your UXTheme.dll
