I asked this before. Genreally the best thing to edit thmes and VS is Stylebuilder, but you have to pay. Or you could use ResHacker and do it by hand.

Profil: Moderator | Welcome to Crystal XP  As far as I know , StyleBuilder is the easiest software for editing any visual style , ResEdit and ResHack are alternatives but they are much harder , I don't say that StyleBuilder is easy to understand but it is atleast easier than others  .
