Hello,
“I need a CSS/XHTML guru!” -fuBarness
I will be making a lot of amends on both websites; however, I will need your help in terms of css, xhtml, php, and a bit of ajax. Which brings me to such request, I would like a volunteer or two who can assist me in fixing up many of the issues that I have with GANTdesigns.com and BuufDesigns.com.
First, I would like to discuss about http://gantdesigns.com. I will be implementing the following:
- WordPress (easy maintenance for website and gallery) if not, an alternative will be used for maintenance
- Validate XHTML/CSS
- AJAX Contact Form
- Search Tool (using mootools fx.slide to pop-up on the bottom of the gallery)
- RSS (Syndicate any new items in gallery)
- Fix image distortion with Safari v1+
Second, I would like to discuss about http://buufdesigns.com. I will be implementing the following:
- WordPress (easy maintenance for website and gallery) if not, an alternative will be used for maintenance
- Validate XHTML/CSS
- AJAX Contact Form
- AJAX Navigation (using mootools fx.slide)
- Search Tool (using mootools fx.slide)
- RSS (Syndicate any new items in gallery)
- Browser complaint for IE 6/7 (I can fix this with Dean Edward’s IE7)
The main challenge is finding a gallery that can manage dynamic updates for both websites. For example, I am looking for a gallery that is very similar to http://cssremix.com. Upon clicking an image, you are directed to an external URL, rather than directed to an enlarged image that you clicked.
If anyone can help me out on this project update, both websites will kick ass!
I haven’t been updating both websites due to the gallery issue that I am having. But if this project kicks in, I may keep both websites, rather than discontinuing them by end of this year.
