How can i fix my signature at bottom (in center) ?

Delete the [ center ] tags? Is that what you mean?

Some times these signatures are up and sometimes below, so i want fix this problem. I want fix my signatures at the bottom of my comment box (at fix place) .

I was playing around in CS2 when I made this. Can anyone tell me how to remove that annoying background from behind it? I saved it as a .PNG.

did you delete the layer with the background on?  
If not, do that, you should then see some black and grey squares as the background
save as .PNG.

No it was just an idea to give the avatar more of a crystal/glass look.
