hey truth how do we  make animations like that??

 Thats not difficult at all.     A quick overview : :
I used image ready cs2 for that.five layers (for five frames,one visible at a time) move/rotate each layer a bit more than previous.Reduce no of colors to make whole thing < 40 kb(black n white is best),time period 0.7 sec, Gif format,and done.

Example :
each flower is rotated a bit until it looks alike initial, gives illusion of full rotation.
add desired background/text below/above animated layers.
