Here is some living proof that even Adobe has problems with aliasing:

Aliasing is not removable unless the pixels of the display screen
aren't made very small for human eye to detect.
 
and so the bitmaps will grow in resolution.
 
vector graphics are however, theoretically free from aliasing.
 
there isn't much that software can do , except averaging the color with neighboring pixels.

Aliasing is indeed an irresistible problem unless you make changes in your work to eliminate it , I've noticed some Everlado's icons with aliasing but it doesn't affects the quality of the icons since their detail is so persuasive

The aliasing problem won't truly disappear until both hardware and operating system are able to support much higher resolutions -- so high that a single pixel is virtually invisible to the human eye. Let's take that as about 10,000x6500 pixels on a 19" monitor.
