I have recently submitted two creations (and i am a new user) and have been waiting two weeks for them to be validated. I don't quite understand why, but I think that I am getting the short end of the deal here.
All I ask is that i get a reasonable explanation as to why it's taking over two weeks for my work to be validated.

First of, welcome to CrystalXP. Second thing, my apologies for your validations taking so long to get validated.

You've to keep in mind that every member of the CrystalXP Team puts his/her free time in doing this. We don't get paid, and although we very much like helping people, we have to deal with less nice problems as well. Furthermore, the CrystalXP Team doesn't consist of 100 people. There are just a few Validators who are responsible for validating all the work. If they're busy with something (work, study, family, etc.) then less creations will get validated. And on top of all this, we get lots of new submissions to the Gallery and Factory's every day. Luckily, the Validators don't randomly pick something to validate, but take the ones that have been submitted the longest time ago the first.    I know it's frustrating for you that it takes so long, but I have to ask you to have patience.

Hopefully that clears up some things for you. And even though not everything is going so smooth at the moment, I still hope that you enjoy your time here at CrystalXP!
