And maybe give the part under shine a bit of a gaussian blur?

Oh, and maybe make it larger? Say 600x500px?

Finally, in the TuxCards Support, can you make it "TuxCards Help", and add a question mark or something? To give it the "help" feel.

We want it to be original, don't want to just use a template pack.

I think if we choose and modify one of those1080 templates we will sill be unique!
I f you don't like my idea try to make one. It is really hard.

If you use on of those 1080 templates there are bound to be at least three sites in existence that are using that exact same template. We need to make our own, and make it original, most importantly making it fit in with the Tux Cards, so more like the CrystalXP style.

I'll resize the help icon in a minute or two, I know that was too big but that was just one I happened to have, and I didn't have enough time to bother resizing it

Headbuster, we don't have to create a complete and complex template. Just like a simple help site. If you'd like to help with something else instead, that's OK.

How about some ideas for what these TuxCards will "do"?

Hmmm... I picture something with a trading card type thing.

There would be a default set of cards that come with the download. Then (maybe with permission from dlb or something) when there is a new news story, or in they tux gallery, in some forum posts, we would make codes that when entered into the program, would unlock a new card.

Yeah ... that's exactly what I said a few pages back.

The fact is that most people don't use these forums, so they won't download it if they have to hunt for a code here.

What we can do is that for special tuxes, we can ask trivia questions from that character or movie. For example for the Batman tux, we can ask "Which weapon could vaporize Gotham's entire water supply?"

What size should the icons be? The 64 by 64 version of .Ghost. looks pretty good. The 32 by 32 pixel version isn't that smooth though. However, I like the design of the icon! If you don't mind, I think you should upload the .psd file. This way we can keep all icons in this same style.

The trading card game idea is "The One" but it is really difficult to become reality...

I know, that is what is unfortunate. Maybe we could do like Tux Solitaire. It may be a good start...

Nous créons un logiciel appelé TuxCards dans lequel les personnes peuvent afficher différentes tux Tux de la Galerie comme s'ils étaient des cartes. Chaque carte contient le tux et sa description. Le projet est toujours en cours, de sorte que nous n'avons pas décidé comment en faire un jeu.
