Yea, I joined the PSP crowd and visited other forums which I am a mod at.

I have made some creations for the forums of a portal.

A Portal is offline webpages on the memory stick viewed on the PSP's Web browser.

Some of them resemble Mac, Vista, and Ubuntu.

Heres some stuff I made, the portal is called Ubuntu Pocket.

No But I'm note sure many people have a PSP, and even only few of them want to install Ubuntu on it

Not installing an actual OS on it.

Its putting offline webpages on your psp memory card then through the address bar.
For example, on PC you would enter: CWindows/Desktop/Blah
