I am uploading the PSD so that you can make your own customized ones.

May be you can check in the "my controls" of your settings.

Nagaya, Aero Style bars are transparent. But these are good too. Bars in Aero are only one-colored when the window is maximized.

Would you like a screenshot so you could see how transparent Vista Aero bar is?

You're not able to change them yourself. Officially we don't do name changes anymore, but I'll see what I can do. I don't promise anything. You'd like your name to be Tim?

NOPE!! I use Vista myself and know exactly how they look.  

The bars I made are not the borders of the Vista window which you are talking about. The purpose I made these is they can be used in some graphics used on websites. that all!
