Well, the only difference I notice is the eyes and a bit more gloss.

They do look a good bit different to me.  The shape of the face, arms, and "neck" are completely different to me.  So it does look like an original creation.  I did look up on google the subject of the image and both look really close to the original.  I think the only thing that is really similar to both of them is the stance and color.
