LOVE the speaker icon!  Though the shadow seems to be just a bit off... like it should be leaning back slightly (perspective).  But nonetheless a great addition!

Maybe changing the hammer in the window icon with the new one that you made will make the icon better

And make the close button (the red button in the window) a little wider like the one in the screen shot:

Yeah, Gandof is right.
Because this one is full of blurred aliasing.
The window icon would look better if the window frame is transparent.(True Transparency)
And making the Windows icon on the left with a circle like Vista also can look more beautiful.
You should maybe also make an ObjectDock icon for their users.
For the Sound icon, can you make one version with the Walkman logo?

That icon doesn't represent any particular Vista application but it's for Resource-Hacker so I don't think that transparent borders are quite necessary , Id edited the width of the red-button and removed the aliasing:

Like I said (three times) before, your icons look great. Not only your other icons, but also your newest, the icon for Misc-stuff.

I don't know if you have read an article called "What makes a good icon?" (by Giles Turnbull), but I recognize your icons in that story. They are all very clear, modern and you combined the crystal effects and their meaning very well.

I hope your icons will be available in the gallery soon, because I think there will be a lot of users and guests who want to download it.
