Hi, i am wundering something about this icon pakages. For an example i downloaded http://www.crystalxp.net/galerie/en.id.346...icons-a-png.htm that ICON, but how do i use it? where shall i put it so i can use it?

Hope anyone can teach me how i do when i am suppose to download icon pakages.

The link you gave does not contain any file that can be applied by Icon Packager.It contains PNG files which are recognized by Windows as image files and not icons .To apply these icons you must first convert them into icons (files with .ico extension) , use AveIconFinder to do so . You can use IconTweaker to apply individual icons on windows.
