Resolution 1440x900

But have a slight problem now...I made that wallpaper on an old win 98 se box at 1024x768, my new Dell Vostro 1510 finally arrived, when I viewed the same wallpaper on it, it's very blurred and dithered. I reset the screen reso to the same specs of 1024x768 and still no improvement, any suggestions?

Is the  os size correct or find a wall that looks good and go into photoshop > Open the image >Image> Image size >Image rezolution of the good wallpaper and set the image rezolution of the old wall from 98 to the same as the good wallpaper if it is the same a good resolution for miages (in my opinion and my father is a photographer) is around 300 .

The X was a premade on Deviantart, I just made it transparent and applied some effects to it
