Too many wool kills the wool. Try to make the eyes Crystalized and the mouth also or if not, put to them a shade internal and thickened the wool. The shadow is cut.

If not, they is sympathetic, good continuation.

I like it  can you post it with a transparent (?) background ?

The only thing I don't really like is the white toung

I think you have to take care of the shadow, all around your emoticon. I don't know what is your mind but I think the eyes and the mouth would be better without woolbrush.
