It's the angle that bothers me

With the reflect and the gradient highlights, the light source is technically at the top. I might move the shadow a touch to the right.

I agree, it is much more realistic if the light source was at the top of the prism.

It was the way the font was. I can fine tune the text if I need to.

The icon should indeed contain a lower-case L. But I think that's what Tanshin used already.

I don't know what font they use, but I thought it was Myriad Pro (or however it is spelled). But as I look at the original icons, they have more curves... I'll have to investigate.

This is good but if you don't mind me saying , you can also add a bit of Glowing Color on the Bottom Half , Like a Glowing Sign Board.I can't explain better.

They're not correct, something looks very odd about them. I think you didn't get the white reflections right.

(I'm talking about the CD-RW and DVD ones, the first one looks fine)
