I made an icon for virtualbox.

I made this by tracing a blown up version of the original with the pen tool.  the crystal effects were all shapes drawn with the pen tool as well, then a 40% white to transparent gradient.  My icon does not have the stand for the monitor simply because I couldnt make it look good

I very like the light effects on the ball. But there are some little problems:
-There a little pixel's problem on the left side of the ball
-The shadow is really realistic, but modify (less) the opacity and move it because we "believe" (sorry for my bad English) that it flys.

Your other icons are very nice too.

Heres an attempt at a 256x256 version of the icon for the game Rocks'n'Diamonds.  I think it could use more work, but this is what i have so far.

I'd say you remove it. Maybe you can add some other effect there. Diamonds usually don't show a clear border, so that's why you should remove it maybe.
