But the top of the bin (Back upper end actually) is blending with white too much I think (May be due to the white background) well, see it with another background color
 
I really like the red outfit
And the black base ( I first thought it was a shadow )

As everybody else said, happy 100 pages.
 
Anyways, I do like that can, except the top. There is something awkward about it. I like the red, it opens possibilities... like red for full and green for empty.

Personally, I think that if you're going for red, don't make it metallic. That just looks odd. Only silver, silver-blue, gold, yellow-gold, copper, etc. look good on metal. I guess it's because colours like red don't look natural on metals.
 
But that's just me.

Personally I think if I just glanced at my recycle bin I wouldn't be able to tell if it was full or empty, there isn't much difference

Nice bin Asher Nothing more for me to say than it's a good work
Due to the background color change, the top also seems to be ok But I suggest you to work through to fine all round solution  

with some refinements , the bin look like this
 

I like how you've put the pedal down on the slightly open one, though it strikes me the lid doesn't lift much.
