Hi all,

I am so happy that I found this forum. Here are my first two icons. Very basic as compared to other icons posted but I will try to improve.

Very nice! Maybe they are a bit simple but it's a great start.

I don't like the color of the "play icon".

You made a grey gradient on your play icon, maybe make it dark blue

THAT'S RUDE just to say you don't like them. How about telling me what it should be..!
Please try to help not criticize.

If you use a blue color, the icon will be better than the actual color. But the crystalisation is good.

You're right, CrystalXP is a community to help each other, not to crack down.   Although we can't take enak1 100% responsible, he/she is French and doesn't know English too well I guess. You'll always get negative comments, try to over read them and improve!

Nagaya , the icon with the blue play button is magnificent.How about a radial gradient on the background (light blue) layer.
Since the outline is supposed to look like shiny steel , multiple shades of white color might look better.
