and Tmax yes you are right i used Stroke thing in Pen tool  and add shadow and highlights by the Dodge tool    and Burn Tool

and notice That all by the mouse, i didn't use any thing in the Blending Options, just Pen tool, Brush tool Options, Dodge tool and Burn Tool

those look fabulous just the part where the bending occurs look flat
