I created it with AOI.I have 3Ds max 2008 also, but its too
complicated for me.

Profil: Top Penguin |  I have autodesk 3ds max v 2008
Had worked in it quite a bit. 3ds max is quite powerful.
Blender doesnt supports new ati drivers. So ... 
but for free-form modeling (its like free hand sketching) without mathematical effects , I prefer Poly-mesh editor of aoi.
