Wow, not bad at all. Again, it really reminds me of Okami, Sei' An City; Nobles Quarters. There is a bridge that looks just like that.

EDIT: Here is an overview, however you cannot see the bridge I'm thinking of in this pic, but there are bridges!

Okami is a video game made originally for PlayStation, then remade for Wii.

I don't know if it ever made an PAL release, it may have only been US and Japan

Most TVs here actually support both NTSC and PAL now. Many of my DVDs are American, and I also have an original Star Wars VHS set from the 1980s ... and they all work perfectly on our TVs. So I doubt that should be a problem.

PAL is the term for the disk encoding format of games. PAL disks only work in Europe and Australia.

The above is specific for gaming. TV formats and DVD regions are all separate.
