First, there are very few web designers who are actually active on the English section. This isn't the best place to expect responses.
 
Second, please be more explicit. What type of designs and avatars? Any colours. What size. You can't just say "Make something for me" without telling us what.

Web design takes a lot of time. Most of us have got other things to do besides helping people on a forum. If you're angry just because no one was able to help you - this place is not for you. We're not here to provide everyone (instantly) with the things he asks for. Our main objective is to help others with questions regarding website design, etc. etc..

Yeah you should be patient... Also, running a forum really requires patience...
