Well, I kinda wanted it look more like pikachu and like something that in between pika and a penguin.

No that is not necessary. However, there are already plenty of Pikachu mascots available on the web. Have a look at a website like this one and I'm sure you will find something.

Possibly. Since you haven't give any more specifications on the Pikachu you want, I wonder why the ones on that website aren't sufficient?
