I noticed a slight difference in the two penguins, you can see the difference in the picture below. Could you fix this difference present on the first tux and add the feathers and the head band?

If you observe the first tux , you will find no room for the hair-band since the eyes have covered most of the head so I moved the eyes and the beak a little down , keeping the body at its original position that's the reason why the second tux looks a bit different from the first one.
Now , it's up to you to make suggestions fine enough to make it look like as good as you like 
EDIT  I moved the hair-band a little up and kept a portion of it behind the left-eye , got this result :
