Hello everybody, I'm using the cowtux from this great site.

I use it as avatar in forums and social websites (with a little modification)

Now I want to make a weblog and of course want the cowtux there too, if I understand fine I can't use it in a website if I don't get authorization from the author, unfortunatelly the author doesn't reply to my request, I sent' a message using the contact us form of crystalxp and don't got reply also

What can I do, I just want to know if I can use it or no ( I really prefer the yes option )

You can use any tux on your website as a part of banner or in an other part if your website is non-commercial , the author of this tux is "Unknown" I saw his profile but there are no any posts from him which shows he is not very active here.For more information , read this

Well I don't have planned a commercial web site, but have planned use the tux as a important part of the design, that is exactly my concern, seems then that I don't have problems with it...
