This Tux I like the most .. But the problem is that this not having transparent background... I need same tux with transparent background so that can be used without any hassle

Here is the transparent version of the Tux. It doesn't look perfect, but for this, you'll have to contact the creator of the Tux. Also, you can't use the Tuxes from the Tux Gallery for every thing you want. Have a look at the license.
