Can you make this guy as a Tux? I mean. A tux whos gonna be this guy =]

Welcome to CrystalXP. Please tell us what kind of Tux you'd like. So G1 Tux, G2 Tux, Mini Tux or the new one, Tux Revolution.

G2 ... I think it will be the easiest. But the most important thing is that the Tux will look like this guy. Very important.
If you will upload to the factory call him Yoram =D

I don't think it would be very easy to make a real photo into a tux. maybe you can give us a vector drawing of this guy first?

A vector drawing is an image drawn on the computer. They are also infinitely scalable (make as big or as small as you want, they won't lose quality). However, if you don't know what it is, you're probably not going to be able to make one.
