I'm using a Mac menu so.... a light blu will be ok. with some effect.

I don't really like the text, but the background is really well done! Good job.

It would really help if you say exactly what you want.  Search around for some text or a font you like and then let me know.

http://www.dafont.com/  is a good example of a font site.

Then if you can, find an example of the style you would like the text in.

Otherwise I really do not know what you are looking for.

I'm not the one making the request. But I'd remove the top reflection on the text. Probably the picture would look better without that. But, it's your choice of course - and it's hard to predict results, so you should just try some things.
