Cerberus1991 Profil: Big Penguin | http://www.flyakiteosx.com/download/ It takes a while to install but its the best Mac Inspirat ive seen. And heres what it will look like. http://www.flyakiteosx.com/screenshots/ No viruses are on this as i tested it myself. "FlyakiteOSX is a transformation pack. It will transform the look of an ordinary Windows XP+ system to resemble the look of Mac OS X. The installer simply automates the process of replacing critical system files, setting registry tweaks, and installing extras such as cursors, sounds, visual styles, etc. FlyakiteOSX DOES NOT contain any spyware or ad-ware of any kind. All files needed for FlyakiteOSX are stored in the Windows directory in a folder named 'FlyakiteOSX' that is hidden by default. All registry values for FlyakiteOSX are written to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\FlyakiteOSX."

flamed Profil: New Penguin | I have a similar but somewhat different request. I see mto be having trouble understanding certain facets of Windows XP. I want to know if it's possible to make folders within a window much bigger then they currently are. Here's an example: The second thing that I would like to ask about is whether it's possible to add "Stacks" exactly like this: to my RocketDock program (Other alternatives are welcomed). I can explain in more detail and provide mockup pictures to better describe exactly what I'm trying to achieve if necessary. Thanks in Advance for your response.
Cerberus1991 Profil: Big Penguin | 1) Have you tried clicking on Views next to organise?
2) Im sorry but i havent used rocket dock And welcome To CrystalXp
flamed Profil: New Penguin | Thanks, almost glad to be here. "Ahem"...This pick is from a screenshot that I found online, that and it seems to be from a Mac Leopard too. I'm running on Windows XP but it doesn't seem to allow me to make the folder size to whatever I want. As you can see in that screenshot the icons are big but on Windows XP I can't make them any bigger then what's allow with thumbnail view. So is there a way to make the thumbnails a lot bigger then what's allowed?
rhyguy Profil: New Penguin | thanks for this, does flyakite skin all the icons and stuff in xp, or just some? and can i keep my rocket dock stuff with it?

Flyakite does all the icons and changes the logon screen. Be warned though... if you dont like it, it takes a long time to uninstall And yes you can keep your rocket dock.
rhyguy Profil: New Penguin | i just found out how to get big icons, you go to the flyakite current user settings and pick 128px icons
Brightknight www.designsbybk.com Profil: Penguin | To make bigger thumbnail views, you may use TweakUI from microsoft. i forgot the link, but you may try to find it. i remember it is in Microsoft.com
flamed Profil: New Penguin | Ok well I found a way to increase the default thumbnail size (128x128) via registry edit and now I have at 192x192 (cool! . I'm trying to do something a little different now and I'm hoping that someone might be able to help me. Now that I have the lager thumbnail size I want to be able to change my folder icons to jpeg or png format without the annoying "yellow folder" behind the image, here's what I mean: This is how it looks with just the regular folder: If I right-click on the folder and go to Properties -> (tab) Customize -> Choose Picture then then this is how it looks: What I'm having difficulty doing is getting the folder to look like this jpeg: So how might I go about changing my folder icons to jpegs? Any programs that might do this?

rhyguy Profil: New Penguin | well, you could convert them to .ico's
Lim Profil: New Penguin | Hi. im a new member here..actually register a long time ago and im first time in using a forum. well straight to the point. Can crystal xp create a theme or pack based on mac theme like the 1 in firefox (the name i think is isafari), i mean its colouring and off course with the penguin, much like bricopack and 1more thing is that the shade on the start menu, taskbar and other place should be be taken off (the blue shade). it is really annoying. much of the theme i found almost all like that but bricopack is much different because it is blue originally. Hope ppl here can help. thanks
flamed Profil: New Penguin | Yeah I tried that too. I've used a program to convert the 256x256 jpeg into a 192x192 ico and then applied the icon to the folder but it still doesn't want to display the full 192x192 image. Here's how it displays: I've also a program that I found here hoping that it would do the trick (folderico) but it still doesn't work. I went into the registry and tweaked the Explorer icon size but unfortunately it effected a lot of other things too. Is there a way to increase the icon size for a specific folder? I'd appreciate any extra help that any of you can give me. Thanks rhyguy for the suggestion but I still need a little more help.
