We Have Idea, for Crystal Clear Style. that now on Crystal Clear version 1.2.0 start button had two option change: Vista start buton style and Tux start button Style.
and now we had idea third option joined Vista & Tux start button that's : Tux loggo with animated inside of Vista start button Style.

animated?? a start button is a bmp file. it can't be animated.
the only "animation" available : is the normal start button, the over effect and the clicked effect. but it remains a single BMP file.

you can easily change the start button look with a software like Lclock  

I don't think that changing start menu button would be easy through LClock , believe me I tried to do that and got something very strange thing on the place of start button
