Lobby4Linux has been building computers for underprivileged kids for two years now.  Because donations have not been able to keep up with the demand, we started a small business to fund this effort.  HeliOS Solutions is providing a service by going into customer homes and installing Linux and teaching the user how best to Use it.  From our Craigslist ad, we are seeing a Real Interest in this.

We are now trying to put together funding to run our first month's commercials on the Radio in Austin.  The Lobby4Linux Website is just a simple joomla site with some simple graphics.  We will be wanting to put a uniform kdm theme, splash page and wallpaper on our distributions.  As well, we were hoping to find a cool logo for Helios Solutions.  I've been playing with hanging the "S" from Solutions off of the H from "Helios".  It has promise, but not with my skills.

Well. I hate to answer my own post but In this case it's the easiest way to do it.  Thanks to Fredolaco from crystalxp we now have an official icon/mascot for HeliOS Solutions.  I want to personally thank Fredolaco and the fine artists at crystalxp.  Thank you for having the courage to cross OS and political lines to make your fine creations available to everyone.  You can see it proudly displayed at http://www.lobby4linux.com.
