I am a owner of a website, it has a very ugly design, and sadly - I don't know how to design.
Today I registered to this forum, and saw the wonderful designers and your community, and I thought why not, let's ask for a better design.
I want it to be in Cyan, like the color of CrystalXP, and if somone will help me it will be great!

I would appreciate to help you out in giving your website a better look but first let me visit your website , also specify the style,color,theme etc for different graphical parts of your website that need to be re-designed .

Don't worry, there's nothing wrong with your site. Simple sites are better then flashy sites, but of course there are several things we can improve. Example site, it's a calm site, but still a more or less professional look.

Looks cool, my friend uses the same style too, he told me he has a program who do this?

I think it's one of the basic styles of the free Content Management System Drupal. It's very good!

Although it's very good, I would like to make my own website - not use other people's systems.
So I was talking about design only not the whole site.

Simsgy I saw your site , it's not that bad but as Gruzz said we can improve it .
There are two main bodies of your site => the right -side (which I think is called Menu Bar) and the right-side .The menu bar can be broke into beautiful sections of same style.You said you like to have your website look like Vista , that will involve black color and not the Cyan.

By the term 'buttons' do you mean the sub-menu bars (located at right-side of your website)?
