You can change the look (title bars,buttons,scrollbars etc) of your windows by using Visual Styles many of which can be found here .
You will be able to apply these visual styles on your windows XP only when its uxtheme.dll is patched , use UXTheme-MultiPatcher to patch the said file . I recommend you to run the patcher in Safe-Mode .
You can also use WindowBlinds for changing you windows' look , it offers a more beautiful environment than visual styles but it's not free and also a memory eater
