i have a hardware web site ( iranian hardware web site ) that name is Shahr Sakhtafzar ( Hardware City In English ) and i want to get help from this forum to design a 31*88 Logo For Shahr Sakhtafzar ( Hardware City ) ...

how can design this logo for me ?

88*31 px size is not quite enough for the logo , if I try to transform the logo to fit it an a 88*3 px document then it will loose its meaning completely , since it is a circle therefore you need to suggest me a document size having 1:1 width to height ratio , otherwise I will have to design a new logo for you
