I got an idea from a theme I saw called Vista Glass, but what was wrong with the theme was that the Vista icon (Start Button) was still a shade of blue. What I want is to make a Transparent Vista Start button and to have the taskbar transparent too.  The taskbar was very simple and I have Axialis Workshop so making the Vista Icon is easy too.   The problem is I dont know how to connect the Vista Icon and the taskbar to make the start button. Screenshot of the theme (on Palm OS) is below.

EDIT: I got most of it done..I figured since the bars were transparent I could erase and make it look like a Vista Start Button. but it still needs a tune up, by making it look more crisp.
