Is there is vista sidebar for windows xp that can use Microsoft Vista's Gadgets(.gadget file)

you can try this link...they seems to be having sidebars for xp and vista but you might be able to use other gadgets.

I tried tht already. You can't use "*.gadget" files for the gadgets--It uses "*.part"
