I run a website in the UK called RewindLancs.com

I have a graphic that I am really unhappy with, see below: -

Would somebody care to apply their own skills to re-create this graphic - I have fallen in love with the graphics that I have seen at CrystalXP.Net

I cannot afford much money as the site is just a hobby of mine but any help would be really appreciated. The font I have used in the website's main logo is Baby Kruffy - http://www.dafont.com/baby-kruffy.font (just in case you decide to use thie same font for the new graphic.

The maximum size of the graphic can be 500x300 and I would leave it up to you to style and colours for the new graphic.

I have no preference at all, as you can see from the original graphic I'm not very creative on that side of things

Can you tell me what do you actually want to modify in the banner ; the text , the background color , the outlook of the people or just everything?

I would really like to modify everything on the banner - just so it gives the same message but looks more modern and fresh. It's going to go on the front page of my website at www.rewindlancs.com so if it could be created as a transparent gif it would be fab.
