Here is the page, as an attachment. I used the colors you wanted. I added some CSS for hover links. Change the links in the navigation (you said you know how to do it). Change some text to something you want. I'll been working on logo now. The only thing I don't know what to do for is background image. I'm thinking how it should be. Any ideas for background?
